Campsite Rules

1. General Provisions

  1. Zielone Pole campsite (hereinafter: the Site) is located at Rzeczyca-Kolonia 27E, 24-120 Kazimierz Dolny, Poland.
  2. All guests staying at the Site are required to read and comply with these rules.
  3. Making a reservation or entering the Site is deemed acceptance of these rules.
  4. The owner reserves the right to refuse admission to guests who have previously violated the rules or basic standards of social conduct.

2. Stay and Reservation

  1. The Site is open 24/7. During the season (April–October) arrivals are accepted until 22:00 to respect other guests’ rest.
  2. The overnight period is calculated from the hour of arrival. A single day stay is half the daily rate.
  3. During peak season we recommend contacting us in advance by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or Messenger to confirm pitch availability.
  4. Walk-in guests are also welcome, subject to availability.
  5. Fees apply in accordance with the current price list available on the website and at the Site.
  6. Cash payments are preferred.

3. Conduct on Site

  1. Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 07:00. During quiet hours please keep music, conversations and all noise to a level that does not disturb other guests.
  2. Guests are asked to behave respectfully and considerately towards one another.
  3. Motor vehicles may only be driven on site to reach an allocated pitch or to leave the Site, at a speed not exceeding 5 km/h.
  4. Any faults or damage on Site should be reported to the owner immediately.
  5. Moving or repositioning Site equipment without permission is prohibited.

4. Pets

  1. The Site is pet-friendly. Well-behaved dogs and other domestic animals are welcome.
  2. Owners are required to clean up after their animals immediately.
  3. Dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Vaccination documentation may be requested by the Site owner.
  4. Pet owners bear full responsibility for any damage caused by their animals.

5. Electricity and Water

  1. Electrical hook-ups (230 V) are available on Site at designated utility stations.
  2. Electricity is included in the overnight fee with no additional charge.
  3. Fresh water is available at the drinking water point.
  4. The use of electrical appliances that exceed permissible loads or may cause disruption to the Site’s electrical network is prohibited.
  5. Grey water and cassette toilet waste must only be disposed of at the designated point on Site.

6. Fire and Safety

  1. Open fires are permitted only in the designated campfire area.
  2. Barbecuing is permitted using the charcoal or gas barbecue provided by the Site.
  3. Fires must not be lit near vehicles, tents or trees.
  4. Ensure all embers are fully extinguished after use.
  5. In the event of fire, notify the Site owner immediately and call 998 (Fire Brigade) or 112 (emergency number).
  6. Open flames outside designated areas are strictly prohibited.

7. Swimming Pool

  1. The pool is for the exclusive use of Site guests.
  2. Children under 7 years of age may only use the pool under adult supervision.
  3. Swimming under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
  4. The pool is available during the summer season – the Site team will advise on opening hours.

8. Order and Cleanliness

  1. Guests must keep their pitch and all shared areas clean and tidy.
  2. Waste must be placed in the appropriate bins.
  3. Dumping waste outside designated containers or burying waste in the ground is prohibited.
  4. Before departing, guests must clean their pitch and restore it to its original condition.

9. Liability

  1. The Site owner accepts no liability for damage to guests’ property or personal injury arising from their own negligence or breach of these rules.
  2. The Site owner accepts no liability for unattended property left on Site.
  3. Guests are financially liable for any damage they cause on Site. In the case of minors, liability lies with their parent or legal guardian.
  4. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the behaviour of children in their care.

10. Alcohol and Behaviour

  1. Alcohol consumption on Site is permitted in moderation and must not disturb other guests.
  2. Guests who are visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs may be asked to leave the Site without refund.

11. Final Provisions

  1. Matters not covered by these rules are governed by Polish law.
  2. The owner reserves the right to amend these rules. The current version is available on the Site’s website.
  3. Complaints and suggestions should be addressed directly to the Site owner.
  4. These rules take effect from the date of publication on the website.
